CALENDAR ISSUE: time discrepancy - we have contacted Google and still have not been able to resolve it, so please note that when CALENDAR entries are opened for details the function TIMES may NOT BE IN SYNC with the main calendar data. The MAIN information is correct, the detail may not be. We will continue to attempt a fix to this but may NOT be successful. So, FYI, please be alert.
TO ALL SINGERS,
please go to MEMBERS tab and HOMEWORK submenu for detailed dress rehearsal & concert dates & arrival times!
PLEASE check the CALENDAR tab for upcoming events, rehearsals and performances dates, times, locations & details.

PERFORMANCE ATTIRE GUIDELINES
for
5280+ SENIOR CHORALES
September 1, 2024
The 5280+ Senior Chorales wish to present a unified and professional appearance without requiring its members to purchase one or more expensive “uniforms/costumes.”
For most of our concerts we will ask our singers to wear the following, which is what we refer to as our “REGULAR CONCERT ATTIRE”:
-
For those identifying as female: a white blouse (either long sleeves or ¾ length sleeves) and black from the waist down, i.e. slacks or skirts, including belts, socks/hosiery, shoes. A solid colored scarf is worn with colors appropriate to the event and season. For Fall concerts, rich jewel-tone “holiday” colors are preferred; for Spring concerts, bright spring or pastel colors are preferred.
-
For those identifying as male: a white long sleeve shirt and black from the waist down, including slacks, belts, socks/hosiery, shoes. A solid color long tie is worn with colors appropriate to the event and season. For Fall concerts, rich jewel-tone “holiday” colors are preferred; for Spring concerts, bright spring or pastel colors are preferred.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
If scarf/tie colors are different for a given concert, or the concert is informal (for example singing outside in cold weather) all guidelines will be published on the website and announced at least one month prior to the performance date.
If you want an accommodation to these Performance Attire Guidelines, please submit your request in writing (by physical letter or email) to your Conductor at least 2 weeks prior to the event: Brian@5280chorales.org (Highlands Ranch and South Suburban) or Chris@5280chorales.org (Parker).
